Pastry Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, choux, cheesecakes, and other desserts. 2. Learn production techniques, baking methods, and finishing skills.

3. Follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality. 4. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. 5. Help with ingredient preparation, inventory, and kitchen organisation.

6. Support the pastry team during daily production.
