As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recruitment while working closely with our HR team. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers 3.

Support the onboarding process for new hires 4. Help in creating job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and social media platforms 5. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition 6.

Hire a maximum of interns, and a minimum of four interns should complete fundraising tasks in four weeks. 7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the world of talent acquisition and a chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
