About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
2. Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job opportunities.
3. Conduct telephonic screening and assess communication, eligibility, and role fit.
4. Explain job details, resolve candidate queries, and maintain engagement.
5. Schedule interviews and follow up to ensure attendance.
6. Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment trackers.
7. Collect required documents and assist with onboarding.
8. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive candidate experience.

Stipend

INR₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month
