Key responsibilities

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
4. Manage job postings on relevant job boards and social media channels.
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database.
7. Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
