Doctor Relationship Management Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Talent sourcing & screening:

1. Conduct high-volume outbound calling and screening to collect updated resumes and verify candidate availability, salary expectations, and location preferences
2. Reach out to spa, Ayurveda, and wellness professionals across India via LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and job portals

B. Institutional & client outreach:

1. Engage spa and Ayurveda training institutes to build partnerships and assist with Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) discussions
2. Contact hotels, resorts, retreats, and wellness centers to identify staffing requirements and maintain accurate client databases

C. Recruitment coordination:

1. Match qualified candidates to open positions and schedule interviews
2. Coordinate salary discussions, employment terms, joining timelines, and onboarding processes
3. Serve as a liaison between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle

D. Operations & data management:

1. Build, update, and maintain candidate and client databases using Excel and Google Sheets
2. Track client documentation and payment statuses while keeping daily recruitment reports updated
3. Assist in designing recruitment outreach content for social media channels
