Human Resources (HR) Internship

About the internship

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, Internshala, and other recruitment channels.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
4. Maintain and update recruitment databases and track applicant progress.
5. Engage with candidates to provide timely updates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
6. Assist in employee onboarding and documentation processes.
7. Maintaining payroll and monthly salary calculation of all departments.
8. Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the HR team.

Stipend
