Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
4. Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
7. Collaborate with team members on special HR projects and initiatives.
