We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processing & Property Documentation Intern to support loan cases and property document verification and collection.
The role involves coordinating with customers, collecting loan and property documents, identifying missing documents, retrieving available property records through online government portals, and coordinating with external resources when physical or additional documents are required.
The intern does not need to be a legal expert. We are looking for someone who is good at research, documentation, follow-up, problem-solving, and learning property-related processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with loan profiles from initial document collection through processing 2. Collecting required financial and property documents from customers 3.
Reviewing document sets against required checklists and identifying missing documents 4. Maintaining proper case-wise digital records 5. Retrieving available property information and documents through relevant online portals 6.
Assisting in obtaining and organising property documents, including: 1. Latest Encumbrance Certificate (EC) 2. RTC 3. Sale Deed 4. Mother Deed and previous title documents 5.
Conversion Order/Conversion Copy 6. Khata-related documents 7. Tax-paid receipts 8. Approved building/layout plans 9. Plan approvals 10. Other property documents required for the respective case 7.
Coordinating with external persons and resources when documents cannot be obtained online 8. Following up with customers for pending documents 9. Maintaining trackers showing documents received, pending documents, and case status 10.
Coordinating with loan-processing teams, banks/DSAs, advocates, document specialists, and other stakeholders as required 11. Ensuring documents are properly named, organised, and stored 12.
Escalating missing, inconsistent, or unclear documents instead of making assumptions 13. Supporting the team until the documentation requirements for each assigned case are completed Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 23rd Sep'26 and 28th Oct'26 • are available for duration of 3 months • have relevant skills and interests Stipend: INR₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month Deadline: 2026-10-23 23:59:59 Other perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation Skills required: Client Interaction, Interpersonal skills, Effective Communication, Document Management and Document Review Other Requirements: • Prior experience with property documentation is an advantage, but it is not compulsory.
• We are particularly interested in candidates who: • 1. Are naturally curious and good at finding information • 2. Don't give up when information isn't immediately available • 3.
Can systematically solve unfamiliar problems • 4. Are comfortable following up with customers and external parties • 5. Have patience when dealing with government portals and documentation • 6.
Can handle multiple cases without mixing up documents • 7. Understand the importance of confidentiality when handling customer financial and property records • 8.
Ask questions when uncertain instead of making assumptions • Candidates from B.Com, BBA, BA, LLB, real estate, banking, finance or similar backgrounds may apply.
