Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Edit 8 to 12 short-form videos a month (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) from raw footage we provide, with strong hooks, pacing, captions and sound 2.

Suggest improvements to our video ideas and scripts, and push back when something won't work on social 3. Review monthly performance data with the founder and adjust editing style based on what gets views, saves and followers Hours are 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST, flexible and work is mostly async, with a short weekly check-in in this window.
