Healthcare Experience & Clinic Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Patient experience 1. Assist in creating a smooth, welcoming and organized experience for patients.

2. Help guide patients through their clinic visit and coordinate basic requirements. 3. Support appointment coordination and patient communication. 4.

Assist in collecting and organizing patient feedback. 5. Identify opportunities to improve the overall patient experience. B. Clinic operations 1. Assist with the smooth coordination of day-to-day clinic activities.

2. Support appointment scheduling and patient flow management. 3. Help maintain organized records and internal coordination. 4. Assist the clinic team with operational tasks as required.

5. Observe workflows and suggest practical improvements. C. Healthcare experience & improvement projects 1. Work on small projects focused on improving the patient journey.

2. Assist in developing ideas to improve first-time patient experiences. 3. Support patient engagement and follow-up initiatives. 4. Help identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

D. Marketing & growth exposure 1. Conduct basic research on healthcare, patient behavior and local market trends. 2. Support selected patient engagement and awareness initiatives.

3. Coordinate with the marketing team for selected campaigns or activities. 4. Assist during content shoots or promotional activities when required. 5.

Contribute ideas for improving patient communication and engagement.
