About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and onboarding new POSP partners as per company requirements
2. Explaining the POSP opportunity, onboarding process, and product offerings to prospective partners
3. Assisting POSPs with documentation, training, certification, and activation
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with POSP partners
5. Driving sales of Motor, Health, and Life Insurance products through the POSP network
6. Generating leads and following up regularly with prospective customers and POSPs
7. Achieving assigned onboarding, activation, and sales targets
8. Supporting POSPs in understanding products, processes, and sales opportunities
9. Tracking POSP performance and encouraging partners to generate regular business
10. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, policy issuance, and servicing
11. Maintaining accurate records and providing regular performance updates to the reporting manager

Stipend

INR₹ 10,000 - 20,000 /month

Other requirements

• 1. Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• 2. Experience: Prior experience in POSP onboarding, POSP insurance sales, agency/channel sales, or a similar role will be preferred.
• 3. Good understanding of Motor, Health and/or Life Insurance products.
• 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5. Ability to build relationships and influence partners.
• 6. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• 7. Languages: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or one regional language.
