About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities

Write SEO-optimised website content, service pages, landing pages, and blog articles.

Research industry topics, target audiences, competitors, and relevant keywords.

Create content aligned with search intent and the customer journey.

Optimise content for SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.

Write compelling headlines, meta titles, meta descriptions, and FAQs.

Structure content using appropriate H1, H2, and H3 headings.

Incorporate primary keywords, secondary keywords, semantic keywords, and relevant entities naturally.

Develop content that answers users' questions clearly and accurately.

Use internal linking strategies to improve website navigation and topical relevance.

Update and optimise existing website content based on SEO recommendations.

Fact-check information and ensure content accuracy, originality, readability, and grammatical correctness.

Use AI writing tools responsibly to assist with research, outlining, and editing while ensuring the final content is original, accurate, and human-reviewed.

Collaborate with the SEO team, designers, and digital marketing team to meet content requirements and deadlines.

Monitor content performance and implement improvements based on SEO data and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written English and strong grammar skills.

Understanding of on-page SEO and keyword research.

Knowledge of search intent, content structure, and internal linking.

Familiarity with AEO and GEO concepts.

Ability to conduct independent research and simplify complex topics.

Experience writing website content, blogs, and service pages.

Familiarity with WordPress and SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast SEO.

Basic understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple writing assignments.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback.
