Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:. Pre-event planning support: Assist the event operations team in venue coordination, vendor follow-ups, and logistics planning.
Support preparation of event checklists, run-of-show documents, and operational timelines. Vendor coordination: Coordinate with production, fabrication, travel, and hospitality vendors for updates and requirements.
Track vendor deliverables and ensure timelines are met.
