Role overview
What you'll own
- 1. Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and verification.
- 2. Follow up with existing customers for retention, repeat purchases, and engagement.
- 3. Collect customer feedback regarding their experience with our products and services.
- 4. Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant internal team for resolution.
Requirements and eligibility
- 6. Coordinate with logistics/courier partners when required regarding delivery-related concerns.
- 1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 2. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- 3. Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Preferred, not required
- 7. Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, or operations is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
