Business Strategy Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in business research, market analysis and industry research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

2. Analyse business information, financial data and market developments using Microsoft Excel. 3. Assist management in preparing business reports, presentations, MIS and strategic analysis.

4. Study existing business operations and help identify areas for growth, efficiency and improvement. 5. Support analysis of sales, costs, profitability, investments and business performance.

6. Conduct competitor and market research and prepare comparative reports. 7. Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, products, markets and potential partnerships.

8. Gain practical exposure to international trade and import-export business, including understanding suppliers, customers, pricing, logistics and documentation.

9. Assist in maintaining and analysing information relating to investments and financial portfolios, under the guidance of management. 10. Prepare Excel-based financial and business models, calculations and summaries as required.

11. Assist in tracking important business activities and preparing periodic performance reports. 12. Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, consultants and other business associates when required.

13. Prepare professional correspondence, emails and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 14. Follow up on assigned projects and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

15. Present findings and observations to management and participate in business discussions and strategic decision-making processes. 16. Take increasing responsibility for assigned projects based on performance, initiative and ability to learn.
