E-commerce Account Manager - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage and oversee seller accounts on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, and other marketplaces.

2. Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords) to improve visibility and conversions. 3.

Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies. 4. Handle inventory management, stock updates, pricing strategies, and catalog accuracy.

5. Process and track orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, and refunds efficiently. 6. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and festive sale strategies.

7. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. 8. Analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, CTR, and ROAS to drive business growth.

9. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations. 10. Resolve listing issues, suppressions, account-related concerns, and customer complaints.

11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales reports. 12. Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

13. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain profitability goals.
