Vanguard Campus Ambassador Roles & Responsibilities | 3-Month Internship Role Objective: To represent Vanguard within the college, create awareness about financial literacy, build student participation, and support the successful execution of Vanguard workshops and activities.

The campus ambassador's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Campus Representation 1. Act as the official Vanguard Campus Ambassador in your college.

2. Introduce Vanguard and its financial-literacy initiatives to students. 3. Represent the program professionally during college events and activities.

4. Become the primary student point of contact between Vanguard and the college community. B. Student Outreach & Engagement: 1. Reach out to students across different courses and years.

2. Create awareness about upcoming financial literacy workshops, webinars, and events. 3. Encourage students to register and actively participate. 4. Build a network/community of interested students.

5. Share important program updates through WhatsApp groups, social media, and campus networks. C. College Coordination: 1. Coordinate with faculty members, placement cells, student clubs, societies, and event committees.

2. Assist the Vanguard team in establishing relationships with relevant college departments. 3. Help identify suitable dates, venues, and formats for workshops.

4. Coordinate communication between the college and Vanguard team. D. Workshop & Event Support: 1. Assist in organizing Vanguard financial-literacy workshops.

2. Help with student registrations and attendance. 3. Support speakers and the organizing team during sessions. 4. Help manage Q&A sessions, quizzes, activities, and student interactions.

5. Collect participant feedback after workshops. 6. Assist with photographs, event documentation, and certificates. E. Financial Literacy Promotion 1.

Promote awareness around saving, budgeting, investing, financial planning, and responsible money management. 2. Share educational resources provided by Vanguard.

3. Encourage students to develop better financial habits. 4. Help students understand the importance of financial education through workshops and activities.

F. Social Media & Content 1. Promote Vanguard activities through appropriate college and personal social-media channels. 2. Create or assist with Instagram stories, posts, reels, LinkedIn posts, and WhatsApp creatives.

3. Share workshop announcements and registration links. 4. Capture suitable event content and share it with the Vanguard team. G. Community Building 1.

Build a strong Vanguard student community within the campus. 2. Identify students who are interested in finance, entrepreneurship, business, and investing.

3. Encourage active participation in discussions, workshops, competitions, and webinars. 4. Help create a positive and educational campus environment around financial literacy.

H. Reporting & Performance Tracking 1. Maintain records of students contacted, registrations generated, workshop attendance, social-media promotion, events conducted, and college/faculty interactions 2.

Submit regular activity reports to the Vanguard team. 3. Share feedback, challenges, and suggestions for improving student engagement. I. Leadership Responsibilities: As the Ambassador gains experience, they may be given additional responsibilities such as: 1.

Leading a student volunteer team. 2. Coordinating a complete campus workshop. 3. Managing student communities. 4. Representing Vanguard in inter-college activities.

5. Helping onboard new Campus Ambassadors. 6. Taking ownership of specific campus campaigns. 3-Month Campus Ambassador Journey: Month 1 - Learn & build Vanguard orientation, financial-literacy training, campus mapping, student networking, and community building Month 2 - Engage & execute student outreach, social-media promotion, workshop registrations, and assist in college events Month 3 - Lead & grow independent campus campaign, workshop coordination, student leadership, and final performance project Key Learning Opportunities: Through the internship, campus ambassadors develop financial knowledge, leadership, public speaking, communication, networking, event management, digital marketing, team management, and professional skills Performance Metrics: 1.

100+ students reached 2. 50+ student registrations 3. 1+ workshop/webinar supported 4. 20+ students in active Vanguard community 5. Regular social-media promotion 6.
