Software Sales & Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Speak with inbound leads and understand their software requirements 2. Explain our website, app, custom software, and WhatsApp API solutions 3, Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead status 4.

Coordinate customer requirements with the development team 5. Assist customers with WhatsApp Business API onboarding 6. Guide customers through basic product setup and configuration 7.

Provide first-level customer support and troubleshoot basic issues 8. Coordinate unresolved technical issues with developers and follow them through to closure 9.

Maintain customer, lead, onboarding, and support records 10. Follow up with customers after delivery/onboarding 11.
