Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in building project plans, timelines, workflows, and breaking down goals into actionable daily tasks.

2. Attend stakeholder meetings, take detailed meeting notes, and act as a point of contact for clients or team members. 3. Maintain accurate project records, write status reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in allocating team resources. 5. Identify early signs of project risks, flag delays, and help implement corrective solutions.
