Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Call customers who have placed orders on our Shopify website and confirm their order before dispatch.

2. Verify the customer's name, product ordered, and order amount. 3. Inform customers about dispatch and expected delivery timelines. 4. Handle basic customer questions, doubts, and objections using the provided calling script.

5. Make follow-up attempts for customers who do not answer the first call. 6. Call customers whose delivery attempts have failed (NDR) and understand the reason for the failed delivery.

7. Check whether the courier executive contacted the customer and whether the customer was available to receive the order. 8. Help coordinate the next delivery attempt by collecting the required information from the customer.

9. Maintain polite, professional, and confident communication with customers. Are available for a 3 month or more, for part-time WFH role. • 2. Can consistently work for 2–3 hours every working day. • 3. Are comfortable making approximately 50–60 customer calls per day.

• 4. Are available around the required calling windows of 11 AM and 5 PM. • 5. Are fluent in both Hindi and English. • 6. Have good spoken communication and clear pronunciation.

• 7. Are comfortable handling customer questions and basic objections. • 8. Have prior experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, ecommerce or a similar voice-based role preferred.

The candidate must be available during the required calling windows every working day. Primary calling windows, around 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. 2. Customers who do not answer during the first calling window may need to be contacted again during the second window.

3. Total workload is approximately 2-3 hours per day/50-60 calls per day, depending on order volume. Someone who can't commit to 11 AM + 5 PM should self-select out.
