Social Media Marketing Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and [YouTube/X/Facebook], aligned with campaigns and launches.

Create posts, carousels, and short-form Reels using Canva and CapCut, from ideation and scripting through editing.

Write captions, hooks, and hashtags that match the brand voice, and adapt content for each platform.

Manage comments and DMs, flag leads or queries to the team, and help build an engaged community.

Track performance in Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics, and share a short weekly report on what worked and what didn't.

Keep an eye on trends, competitor accounts, and audio and meme formats, and pitch ideas we can act on quickly.

Support influencer and creator outreach, and assist with basic paid campaigns where needed.

Other requirements

• What we're looking for
• A student or recent graduate (any stream) who genuinely enjoys social media and understands why some content works and some doesn't.
• Strong written English. Comfort creating content in Telugu or Hindi is a plus.
• Hands-on with Canva and at least one video editor (CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar).
• Evidence of your own work: a personal page, a college club account, a freelance project, anything you've grown or run.
• Reliable with deadlines and comfortable taking feedback.
