Growth Marketing Internship

About the internship

We are looking for a creative, curious, and proactive Growth Intern who is interested in understanding what makes marketing communication work and how it can drive user engagement, conversion, and growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Creative Development

Come up with creative ideas for Push Notifications, WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS campaigns.

Explore new creative formats, themes, hooks, and ways to make communication more engaging.

2. Copywriting

Write engaging and conversion-focused copies across Push, WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS.

Experiment with different hooks, CTAs, messaging styles, offers, and communication angles.

Adapt communication based on the audience, category, campaign objective, and channel.

3. Analyse What Works

Understand which copies, creatives, hooks, CTAs, and messaging angles perform well.

Analyse basic campaign metrics such as CTR, conversion, engagement, and revenue.

Identify patterns in winning and underperforming communication and apply these learnings to future campaigns.

4. New Growth Ideas

Continuously come up with new campaign ideas, communication angles, experiments, and user engagement initiatives.

Explore ways to improve CTR, conversion, repeat purchases, and user engagement.

Research competitor communication, market trends, and new ideas that can be tested.

5. Basic Digital Marketing Understanding

Have a basic understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, retention, and conversion.

Understand how different marketing channels work and how campaign performance is measured.

Be comfortable learning through data, experimentation, and continuous testing.

What We're Looking For

Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills

Curiosity and willingness to experiment and test new ideas

Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement

Ability to analyse what is working and what is not

Proactive mindset with a strong interest in growth and marketing

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 - 16,500 /month
