Human Resources Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

3. Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
4. Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications
5. Handle basic administrative duties related to HR

Stipend

INR₹ 5,000 - 6,000 /month
