Customer Relationship Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage OFD & NDR cases: Call Out-for-Delivery and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) customers to ensure successful deliveries.
2. Manage WhatsApp queries: Track delivery cases and coordinate with customers for resolution.
3. Manage support email: Respond to daily customer support emails and resolve queries.
4. Handle returns & exchanges: Process and coordinate customer return and exchange requests with the operations team.

• can start the internship between 22nd Sep'26 and 27th Oct'26
• are available for duration of 6 months
• are from Pune only
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

INR₹ 6,000 - 11,500 /month
