Content and Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms 2. Develop social media posts, carousels, reels, stories, and short-form content 3.

Write captions, hooks, and content copy aligned with the TalentJar brand 4. Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, and content ideas 5. Help develop and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar 6.

Create content around hiring, HR, recruitment, payroll, EOR, careers, and the future of work 7. Monitor social media performance and identify what content is working 8.

Track engagement, reach, followers, and other key metrics 9. Support TalentJar's employer/client branding and marketing initiatives 10.
