Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct legal research on matters related to technology, software, SaaS, data protection, and commercial laws.

2. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents. 3. Support the legal team in reviewing commercial agreements and identifying key clauses, risks, and areas requiring attention.

4. Assist with maintaining legal databases, contract records, and document management systems. 5. Track and research relevant changes in laws, regulations, and legal developments applicable to the technology industry.

6. Assist the legal team with day-to-day legal and documentation requirements. 7. Support in preparing legal summaries, notes, and other research-based documents as required.

Currently pursuing LLB / 5-year integrated law course from a recognized university or institution. • 2. Strong legal research and legal drafting skills.

• 3. Good understanding of contract law and commercial agreements. • 4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • 5. Good attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potential legal risks.

• 6. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the legal team. • 7. Interest in technology law, SaaS, and commercial legal work will be an added advantage.
