Associate - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Establish effective communication with parents/guardians to gather complete and accurate case-related information.

2. Maintain high level of professionalism and confidence while interacting with customers. 3. Accurately record and update all customer interactions in the system.

4. Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, process guidelines, and quality standards. 5. Conduct timely follow-ups to resolve pending cases.

6. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and share best practices. • - Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in any one South Indian language (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil or Malayalam) is preferred. Only apply if comfortable in any of mentioned language.
