Customer Retention Executive - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Make outbound calls to existing/old customers. 2. Inform customers about new offers, discounts, and products.

3. Collect feedback on their previous purchase and overall experience. 4. Understand customer needs, concerns, and reasons for not ordering recently. 5.

Record customer feedback and call details accurately. 6. Identify customer issues and escalate them to the concerned team when required. 7. Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional conversation with customers.

8. Support customer retention and encourage repeat purchases.
