General Management - Internship (Part Time)

1. Communicate with prospective clients, schools, and leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach. 2. Coordinate with existing clients and provide regular updates regarding ongoing tasks and activities.

3. Manage lead counselling and guide students/prospective learners regarding suitable courses and programs. 4. Schedule and coordinate online/offline interviews, meetings, and selection rounds.

5. Conduct structured interactions/interviews with school students (Classes 8-12) to collect academic and aspirational insights. 6. Coordinate with school authorities for smooth execution of activities and engagement programs.

7. Maintain and update operational records, Excel sheets, Google Sheets, reports, and documentation. 8. Organize and manage webinars, outreach campaigns, and community engagement activities.

9. Execute bulk email campaigns for promotions, events, and communication. 10. Assist in lead generation and outreach initiatives through different marketing and engagement methods.

11. Support planning and execution of school visits, social initiatives, and operational activities. 12. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
