Human Resources Internship

About the internship

We're looking for an HR Intern to work directly on hiring and people operations. This is a hands-on role, not just observation.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post job openings on platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Screen and shortlist candidates directly from Internshala and other platforms
3. Review resumes and filter candidates based on role fit
4. Conduct initial HR screening calls (basic evaluation + communication check)
5. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage scheduling
6. Maintain candidate pipeline trackers (Google Sheets/Notion)
7. Communicate clearly with candidates on role, compensation, and expectations
8. Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates
9. Follow up for offer acceptance and documentation
10. Assist in onboarding new hires (welcome docs, coordination, basic guidance)

Stipend

INR₹ 5,000 /month
