Digital Marketing - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

Core Responsibilities AI-Driven Content Research: Leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to distill long-form transcripts into compelling social media copy, LinkedIn carousels, and short-form video scripts.

Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and manage content across primary platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts). Repurpose audio and video assets into highly engaging short-form clips.

Email Marketing: Draft, format, and execute email sequences for an established subscriber base. Monitor open rates and optimize subject lines using AI analysis.

Website Maintenance: Update the site with new podcast episodes, detailed show notes, and accurate resource links. Ensure all content is formatted cleanly and published on schedule.

Production Assistance: Assist with the post-production workflow using our existing tool stack (including Descript and Riverside.fm) to prep audio and video files for digital distribution.

Guest Research Qualifications & Skills AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using LLMs for copywriting, summarization, and content ideation. You know how to write detailed, effective prompts to generate on-brand copy.

Platform Fluency: Strong understanding of current formats and algorithms on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube (specifically short-form video and carousels). Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience with or willingness to quickly learn tools like Descript, Riverside.

fm, basic CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress/Webflow), and email marketing software. Strong Writing: Excellent written communication with a sharp eye for hooks, formatting, and pacing.

Strategic Interest: A genuine interest in business strategy, systems thinking, and mental models is a significant advantage. What You Will Gain Direct mentorship in digital media strategy and content scaling.
