Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and other social media content for Aurora. 2.

Plan and execute creative content around our clothing collections, products, launches and campaigns. 3. Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending audio, formats, memes and fashion content trends.

4. Develop creative ideas for fashion shoots, reels, product showcases and brand campaigns. 5. Shoot and/or coordinate short-form video content using a smartphone.

6. Edit Reels and social media videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot or similar applications. 7. Manage Aurora's day-to-day social media posting and content calendar.

8. Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement and help maintain an active brand community. 9. Track basic social media performance such as views, reach, engagement, followers and content performance.

10. Work closely with the brand/marketing team to maintain Aurora's visual identity, tone and overall brand image. Is creative, energetic and social-media savvy. • 2. Doesn't wait for instructions for every small task and can proactively suggest ideas. • 3. Understands what makes people stop scrolling and watch a Reel.

• 4. Has an eye for fashion, styling, photography and aesthetics. • 5. Is comfortable being around cameras and creating/assisting with content shoots.

• 6. Enjoys experimenting with new content formats and trends. • 7. Wants hands-on experience in building a real fashion brand's social media presence.
