Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify and approach potential sponsors to secure financial support for the sports expo event 2.

Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value of partnership opportunities 3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial experience 4.

Coordinate sponsor-related activities, including logo placements, recognition opportunities, and fulfilment of sponsorship benefits 5. Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute the sports expo, ensuring seamless coordination of sponsorship activations and logistics 6.

Oversee the implementation of sponsor-related elements during the event, such as branded booths, signage, and promotional materials 7. Develop strategies to enhance attendee engagement with sponsors, creating memorable and interactive experiences 8.

Facilitate networking opportunities between sponsors and event attendees to maximize the impact of the sponsorship connections 9. Conduct post-event assessments to evaluate the success of sponsorship activations and overall event performance 10.
