Sales Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Greeting walk-in customers at our Kolkata showroom and understanding their requirements for ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs and other home appliances
2. Explaining product features, pricing and differences between brands such as Daikin, Voltas, Samsung, LG, Hitachi, Blue Star and Whirlpool, and recommending the right product
3. Converting enquiries into sales, including explaining EMI options (Bajaj Finance) and ongoing offers
4. Coordinating billing, delivery and AC installation schedules with the store team
5. Following up with customers over phone/WhatsApp on enquiries and after-sales feedback
6. Maintaining product displays and keeping track of daily sales and stock.

• can start the internship between 30th Sep'26 and 4th Nov'26
• are available for duration of 6 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month

Other requirements

• 1. Candidates based in or near South Kolkata (Tollygunge / Prince Anwar Shah Road area) preferred
• 2. Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English is a plus
• 3. Interest in sales and consumer electronics; prior retail or counter-sales experience preferred but not required
• 4. Available to work on weekends and during festive season

Stipend structure

Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
