Under our Soil Doctor ecosystem, we are building multiple digital products, including: 1. Farmer mobile and Progressive Web Applications 2. Soil Doctor clinic applications 3.

Agri-retailer advisory platforms 4. Soil testing and recommendation interfaces 5. Crop health and satellite monitoring applications 6. Farm intelligence dashboards 7.

Field-team applications 8. Business and partner dashboards 9. Multilingual digital products for rural users We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who can help us turn complex information into interfaces that are simple, intuitive, visually strong, and easy to use.

This is not a graphic-design-only role. You will work on real product design problems and help shape applications that may ultimately be used by farmers, retailers, agronomists, and field teams across India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Designing mobile-first applications for farmers 2. Simplifying soil test reports into easy-to-understand visual experiences 3.

Designing crop health and farm monitoring dashboards 4. Presenting satellite data without exposing users to technical terminology such as NDVI, NDMI, or NDRE 5.

Designing interfaces for farmers with limited digital familiarity 6. Creating retailer advisory interfaces that help shop owners guide farmers 7. Designing soil-testing workflows for field operators 8.

Creating farm maps and location-based experiences 9. Designing alerts, recommendations, and actionable advisory interfaces 10. Visualizing trends and historical farm information 11.

Creating multilingual interfaces 12. Designing onboarding and guided workflows 13. Improving navigation across complex applications 14. Building scalable design systems and reusable components 15.

Creating responsive layouts for web, tablet, and mobile 16. In India, agriculture is the major provider of livelihood to the poor, especially in rural areas. However, the agricultural sector is facing big challenges like the declining size of landholdings, deteriorating natural resources (especially soil and water), rising input costs, fluctuating markets, and declining farm income.

EkoSight is an agritech company. Our vision is to make soil testing highly accurate, accessible, affordable, and sustainable. By doing so, we shall help farmers increase their crop yield, reduce the cost of fertilizers, increase their profit margin, avoid soil solution and crop poisoning due to over fertilizers.
