Law Officer Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Draft and file complaints before RERA authorities. 2. Prepare replies, rejoinders, written submissions, interim applications, and execution applications.

3. Handle refund, possession, interest, compensation, delay, and builder-default matters. 4. Appear before RERA benches and appellate tribunals. 5. Track hearing dates, orders, compliance, and execution steps.

6. Argue interim reliefs, maintainability, compensation, execution, and compliance issues.
