Lead Generation Internship (Part Time)

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify recruitment agencies, talent sourcing firms, job platforms, communities, and other hiring resources.
2. Build and maintain a database of relevant recruitment partners and sourcing channels.
3. Reach out to recruitment agencies and understand their candidate coverage, capabilities, pricing, and engagement models.
4. Identify and research potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and other relevant sources.
5. Coordinate with recruitment partners and candidates on open requirements.
6. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
7. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and other recruitment activities.
8. Help prepare candidate and role briefs for recruitment partners.
9. Research talent availability and compensation benchmarks when required.
10. Keep hiring information organized and ensure pending actions are followed up on.
11. Support other recruitment and people-related initiatives as needed.
