CRM Internship

About the internship

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented CRM intern to manage client interactions, ensure seamless coordination, and deliver an excellent post-sales experience. This role involves acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of shoots as well as timely delivery of post-production work.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Pre-shoot coordination:

1. Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Collect essential shoot details at least 3-4 days in advance, along with a pre-shoot consultation call.
3. Respond to all client queries. Ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every stage.

B. Post-production coordination:

1. Coordinate with photo editors to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Follow up with clients and assign editing tasks to editors, and track progress across multiple projects.
3. Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
4. Perform quality checks before final delivery to maintain brand standards.
5. Address client concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and professionally. Coordinate with senior management to provide appropriate resolutions.
6. Ensure proper data organization, file management, and backups.
7. Ensure issues are resolved while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
