Human Resources (HR) Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the end to end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing candidates, resume screening, interview scheduling and conducting initial candidate assessments.
2. Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and ensuring a smooth joining experience for new employees.
3. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
4. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and documentation accurately.
5. Assist with day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
6. Coordinate with employees and candidates to address basic HR-related queries.

Stipend

INR₹ 10,000 - 12,000 /month
