Human Resources Internship

Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels. 2. Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.

3. Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers. 4. Collect and verify required candidate documents. 5. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.

6. Prepare and organize recruitment-related documentation. 7. Coordinate with candidates regarding pending documents and joining formalities. 8. Assist in preparing offer and onboarding-related documents.

9. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information. 10. Support the HR team in other recruitment and documentation activities as required.
