Human Resources Internship

As a human resources intern at Queens Of Change Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Your role will involve supporting the HR team in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and more. You will have the chance to work closely with professionals in the field, learn about best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes. 3. Help with employee relations activities, including conducting surveys and organizing team-building events.

4. Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs. 5. Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation. 6. Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical HR experience and make a positive impact in the non-profit sector.
