Human Resources (HR) Intern

Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media. Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.

Maintain and update employee and recruitment records. Assist with joining and onboarding formalities. Support HR documentation and basic HR operations.

Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries. Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records. Prepare basic HR reports and trackers. Support the HR team in employee engagement activities.

Perform other day-to-day HR and administrative tasks as required. • Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field is preferred. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. • Good organizational and coordination skills.
