About the internship

As a RERA Legal Intern at Grivaa Consultancy Services, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced legal professionals to gain valuable hands-on experience in Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA) compliance. Your role will involve legal drafting, research, and writing to ensure statutory compliances for our clients in the real estate industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct legal research on RERA regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance for our clients.
2. Assist in drafting legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and notices related to RERA requirements.
3. Review and analyze legal documents to identify any potential legal issues or risks.
4. Prepare legal memorandums and reports for internal and external use.
5. Assist in case preparation and management for RERA related disputes.
6. Attend client meetings and court hearings to gain practical exposure to legal proceedings.
7. Collaborate with the legal team to provide support and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
