Candidate Experience Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Call candidates who leave an interview incomplete, ideally within 30 minutes. 2. Ask why they stopped and politely encourage them to resume and complete the interview.

3. Record the candidate's reason, call outcome, and follow-up status. 4. Share repeated problems and candidate feedback with the internal product team.

5. Log the reported technical issues and check/validate them using approved platform data. 6. Provide necessary resolution and follow-ups to the candidates.

7. Handle candidate information carefully and follow privacy and confidentiality rules.
