Learning & Development Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage and update LMS courses, training modules, and learning content. 2. Track employee/intern training progress, attendance, and course completion.

3. Prepare and maintain LMS-related reports, records, and training data. 4. Coordinate with trainers and employees to ensure timely completion of training programs.

5. Support assessments, quizzes, feedback collection, and continuous improvement of learning programs.
