Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing: Post job ads on online portals, LinkedIn, and social networks.
2. Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
3. Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Stipend structure

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 10,000 /month
