About the internship

As a Recruitment intern at Shripinaki India Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
4. Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
5. Participating in campus recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent to the organization
6. Collaborating with the HR team to create and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals
7. Providing support with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
