Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential donors, providing information about our mission and seeking donations.

2. Maintain accurate call records and donor information in MS Excel for future follow-ups. 3. Handle incoming calls from donors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop scripts and strategies for effective calling campaigns. 5. Assist in organizing virtual events and fundraisers to engage donors and raise awareness.

6. Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills and fundraising techniques. 7. Work closely with the fundraising team to achieve donation targets and contribute to the growth of Altruism Casa.
