About the internship

As a Telecalling intern at PixieStays, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in MS Excel, Hindi, and English proficiency while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our vacation rental properties
2. Handle incoming calls from existing customers to address any queries or concerns
3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in MS-Excel for future reference
4. Assist in updating and managing our customer database with up-to-date information
5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into bookings
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a professional manner
7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills
