About the internship

As a human resources (HR) intern at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field while supporting our dynamic team. Your proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, as well as spoken and written English, will be essential in this role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and events.
5. Support in performance management processes, including maintaining performance appraisal records.
6. Assist in creating HR reports and presentations for management review.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
